Where can I download my purchased data?
After purchasing in our store, you will automatically receive an email with the download links for the data. You can also download these again at any time in your account under "Orders."
How can I play the purchased data on my instrument?
To keep the file size as small as possible, you will receive these files in compressed (Zip) format for download. Depending on your computer system, you can unpack them by double-clicking them. Save this data to a USB stick, connect it to your instrument, and load it into your instrument (depending on the make and model).
My instrument type isn't available in the selection. Can I switch to a different format?
Yamaha instruments often have the same or similar features when it comes to voices and DSP effects. Our compatibility overview tells you which format you can choose for your instrument to maximize its capabilities.
If I change instruments, can I get my purchased files in the new format?
We offer a customized moving service for our membership customers. Please contact us using our email form.
How are our styles structured?
A style always includes three intros, four variations with matching fill-ins, a break, and three endings. The three intro variations always consist of a count-in, an original intro, and a general intro. The endings include a short ending, an original ending, and a general ending. The four variations build on each other musically and instrumentally to perfectly convey the song sections. If a track has a bridge, it is also present in a variation.
Each style includes four pre-made registrations and the title text in txt format.
